A Family History

This is a picture of James & Nellie Beacham’s family on the front porch of their farmhouse in Avondale Maryland taken around 1922-1923. James Workman Beacham Sr and his wife Nellie Slingluff-Beacham are in the center of the group. Included are James & Nellie’s children (and grandchildren) and their spouses. The baby held by the woman in the back row is my grandfather Philip Slingluff Beacham Jr who was born 4/21/1921. He's approximately 1-2 years old in this picture. He passed 2/16/2015 at 93 years old.
